Third Party Customer Accounts

In Sales Portal you can only record visits to customers with accounts. At times we visit our customer's customers and help service their samples and displays. We would like to record these visits and activity in Sales Portal. In order to do this we need to create phony accounts for these third party customers so they will show up in Sales Portal. We plan to put "Z3" at the front of each of these account names so they will sort to the bottom and so they will be easy to identify. These accounts will be place on a hard hold so no orders can be placed on these accounts.
